Our published maintenance plans combine annual heating and air conditioning maintenance with priority scheduling and repair savings. Every plan includes 15% off all service repairs, with several terms available for different household budgets.

1-Year Plan: $159.00 annually or $13.99 per month, including $150 off a new-unit installation.
3-Year Plan: $415 every 3 years, including $200 off a new-unit installation.
5-Year Plan: $692 every 5 years, including $250 off a new-unit installation.

Manufacturer warranty requirements vary by equipment and warranty terms. Keep your maintenance records and review the manufacturer’s documentation for any service requirements that apply to your system.
