This company saved me and my home in a time of need. I am so extremely grateful for not only the professionalism but also the patience and understanding that I received from this company. I had a bunch of water trapped in the “belly” of my home and was told by a mold remediation company that they were going to rip out our floors, that there was most likely mold everywhere under there, that we were going to be displaced, and the cost was going to be catastrophic. This was actually inspected by mold remediation and this was their assumption. It was written up and everything. I had a feeling I should call around for plumbers. It’s difficult to find plumbers and others to work on manufactured homes. A lot of them don’t. This company treated me with kindness and was sent over to talk to a master plumber on phone to listen to our situation and was told that most likely they were making it sound way worse than the problem actually was. He sent over two very nice and professional gentlemen the next day. They called before they came, they showed up on time, and they offered to take off their shoes. They got right to work and before they got to work, they were completely transparent about what the price was going to be and let me know that if it was going to cost more, they would stop and let me know and renegotiate the price. I appreciate this because the prices that I was being told by the other companies were insane. They were able to get under my house, remove the water and wet insulation, they found zero mold, took photos of everything, the floorboards were fine, and then they referred me to someone on staff that can rebuild stuff on manufactured homes so the insulation will be replaced and all is back to “normal” here. Then I found out that they also do electrical! So this is my go-to company from now on for any type of plumbing or electrical fixes! I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing, electrical or rebuilding needs (they even gave me fantastic resources for stuff that they can’t do here) expect to be met in a professional manner with transparent prices and friendly, patient, and understanding folks! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I feel like you saved my home and so much unneeded stress and destruction that the other companies were telling me. Thank you thank you thank you!! Looking forward to working with you guys on any of my upcoming needs in the future!

Very impressed with Anderson's response time and professionalism. First time in 7 years I felt like our AC unit was repaired instead of just adding Freon. I strongly recommend them. I had additional work done on our dryer vent this December. We had a different technician but same results. Very professional and a perfectionist. He ran into a problem but overcame it. Better yet Anderson's didn't change their bid price. Everyone I have spoken with has been very professional and do what they say they will do.

They showed me what I needed to know about my new system. The electrician worked from my garage, near the breaker box and noticed my broken shelving. He actually made the effort to repair the structure! I was quite overwhelmed with such thoughtfulness! These guys were great! I highly recommend Anderson’s!

Solved my problem in 2 hours Oct 19, 2024

Called 3 other locals with no fix-it-myself answer. 1 said we don't sell parts. 1 said can't help you, 1 said can't help you on phone because they don't make those anymore but bring it in and we can see. This 1 said I'll see what I can do and call you back. And he did in like 2 hours. I had a blower motor on a 50-year-old furnace dying on me. Still in its death throes, I called to get a replacement. It's coldish, and I didn't want to take it out till I had a replacement. They found me a new one and I could pick it up the next day. It looked sorta different (but very different to a newb like me). Turned out mine was not OEM but I didn't know. I've only owned it for 18 years. The office staff was very nice and patient while I decided if I wanted this $300 motor. But having it in hand and being able to see if it could work was worth buying online and it not being even close. At least for a know-nothing like me. I had to decide before taking it home. After that, I owned it. It worked, the belly band didn't block airflow and the squirrel cage had plenty of play either way despite the depth difference. Thank you. Photo is the old motor and a screenshot of the new motor on a website. Went to a Coleman 7670 if this ever helps anyone. Sample time of 1 day, but it fit. The box on fire is heating the box of air, and the fan is blowing that out, making me warm and happy. They might have a DIY markup 'tax'. It's just how it seems to be. They bought it from a local that doesn't sell to the public. But product in hand right now is worth it when you need it right now. Big thing is, the other 3 probably buy there too. This 1 did the leg work to help me on the phone and in the end solve my problem. PS. They have a shop mascot that may like to leave his toys by the door. Mind your step. A Black Lab in German Shepherd (I think) clothing. A gentle giant, but probably could have been a fantastic fur missile in his prime. (German Shepherds are amazing, just cast in a certain light nowadays)
