Leaking issues in two of our bathrooms and the kitchen sink faucet was about ready to fall apart required the skills of a plumber. With Kathleen at the Anderson dispatch desk, she helped me solve half of my problem (breaker) on my own, and then gathered enough information and photos from me so that whoever came to fix my heater thermostat would have parts and alternates to take care of whatever had caused the unit to fail. Ken arrived on time, was very pleasant, knew what he was doing, and had the parts needed, so he was prepared to fix my problem. He was very conscientious in following through on my thermostat and installed a new one in about an hour. I am very pleased.

Charles gets 5 stars, he was awesome. I really appreciate that he asked explicitly about the scheduling issues we had and wanted to follow up with management on those incidents. So, I’m only giving 4 stars because of the multiple scheduling issues, but overall we will keep calling Anderson's for our plumbing and heating needs. Almost every company around is overwhelmed with requests these days, and occasional mishaps are totally expected. What matters is that they do good work, are honest, and they care enough to want to continually improve.

These guys were amazing! Had a maintenance scheduled because our furnace seemed a bit slow to kick on this year. Come to find out it was an ignition sensor. Just like that, it's running smoothly, quietly, and quickly! The office was great to schedule with, and the technician was amazing to work with on-site and explained everything very clearly.
